Unit Overview
In the Habitat Unit, your children will investigate the plants and animals within their locality, and how biodiverse these local habitats are. They will explore the differences between urban and rural habitats and how each type meets the needs of the plants and animals that live there. They will compare this with their local habitat and consider how biodiverse each location is.Β
