History

Our Vision

At Parkfield our vision is to ignite pupils' curiosity and encourage them to confidently explore and discover the world around them so that they develop a deeper understanding of the world we live in. A high-quality history education will help pupils gain a coherent knowledge and understanding of Britain’s past and that of the wider world. It should inspire pupils’ curiosity to know more about the past.

We aim to foster an enjoyment of learning beyond the classroom and enable children to explore their local environment whilst learning how it developed and is constantly changing looking at the future and the past.
