Which is the best place to stay warm and dry on our playground?
Year 1
Unit Overview
This project teaches....
the children to use 'real' geographical equipment just like real 'geographers'. We will place equipment in different parts of the playground and systematically collect the information it gives us. We will try and find any patterns in the data collected and this will lead to us deciding which part of the playground is recommended to play in if you want to be the warmest or driest you can be. Posters will be created and placed around the playground sharing the children's findings with the rest of the infants.
